Simple and Natural Makeup | My Everyday Look

This is it!  My No Makeup, Makeup Look Tutorial.  I have received a few requests about this, so here you go.  I originally planned to film for this tutorial but unfortunately I’m not feeling well so I can proceed with that maybe this weekend.  This is just a simple makeup tutorial and this is actually what I wear whenever I go out except for events and special occasions that I have to attend to.

Let’s get started! Here’s a remake of this on video.

No Makeup Makeup look 1

Prime the lids to make the eye makeup last longer.  I use ELF Eyelid Primer.

No Makeup Makeup look 2

Apply a base color.  I use a light peachy shade from my NYX Love in Paris palette.

No Makeup Makeup look 3

To achieve that natural looking deep-set eyes, apply a darker shade of eyeshadow.  Track your eyeball socket.  I use a darker shade from my NYX palette and Sigma Angled Brush.

No Makeup Makeup look 4

Blending is key to remove traces of lines and have a gradient effect.

No Makeup Makeup look 5

I use a frosted shade on top to illuminate the eyes.

No Makeup Makeup look 6

Using the same shade that I used for creating an outer-V, I line my lower lash line using Sigma slanted eyeliner brush.

No Makeup Makeup look 7

Blend blend blend.

No Makeup Makeup look 8.5

Line the upper lash line to add definition to the eyes.  I use a liquid eyeliner from Shawill.

No Makeup Makeup look 8

Highlight your brow bone by applying a lighter shade of eyeshadow.  You may also opt to use a highlighter for this.

No Makeup Makeup look 9

Curl and put mascara.  I use my Shu Uemura eyelash curler and Maybelline Hypercurl Mascara from BDJBox.

No Makeup Makeup look 10

I use In2IT baked blush to give a natural peach shade on my cheeks.

No Makeup Makeup look 11

Contour your nose by using a shade that is a bit darker than your skin tone.  Taupe shade is recommended for this.

No Makeup Makeup look 12

Apply loose powder to make it look more natural.  Use a patting motion.  I use LA Colors Loose Powder in Natural.

No Makeup Makeup look 13

Since it’s a no makeup, makeup look, I use Avon lipstick in Reviving Red which I also got from BDJBox.  I just pat some color on my lips to make it look natural.

No Makeup Makeup look 14

Then, viola!

No Makeup Makeup look 15

  • Pretty girl! I enjoyed your video. I wear make up but I don't think I do it write. Need some tutorial to improve my make up.

  • Oh really cute your makeup is pretty natural! xx www.sakuranko.com

  • This is nice! :D Its easy to do and requires less effort.

  • i think the hardest thing about beauty tutorial is making a video but nonetheless, you nailed this!

  • I always prefer the minimalistic no-makeup look and this one you showed is a good tutorial. :)

  • The natural look is good for you. Too much make up is not really good but that's just my opinion.

  • I like the simplicity of the eye make up, so natural!

  • oh!!! i always love the nude look/no make up look but still so polished. aww!! but lining the eye is the most difficult part. especially the right eye... i already tried almost all the versions ad brands. :(

  • As if parang natural lang. This is what i like for a girl's make up, very light lang . Parang natural lang talaga.

  • Gil Camporazo

This is the first time I would tell to know that to make up is not as easy as abc. It takes a lot of patience. It couldn't be done in a second or in a minute. It has much to do with right color to use and blend. It is too labor some. But to the ladies, they do like this.

  • will definitely try this look! perfect for school! :D btw, how much is the elf primer? hehe thank you :D

  • I have always wondered why looking like you had no make-up on seems to entail much work after all.

  • Pretty! I'm sure this post will be very helpful for many women out there..

  • Thanks for sharing this! I really prefer wearing a no-makeup look. It looks natural pero I feel a little bit more confident with it :)

  • Hi Gen-zel! I super love this makeup tutorial, you're as good as Michelle Phan! ♥♥♥

  • I can't tell the difference between a no make up and one with make up and that's compliment ;)

  • Nice look sis! Gandaaaaa! Definitely try this out. How's the Maybelline Hypercurl? Waterproof ba siya?

  • very nice tutorial sis! very easy to follow and all with the photos! I love buying make up palettes pero himala nlng if gmitin ko sila tlg usually liquid liner mascara concealer lipstick lng ako hehe

  • This is great and I have to take note of this tutorial since I wanted something different but still simple, natural look :)

  • I use elf's eyelid primer too! And I love Maybelline mascaras. For my everyday no-makeup makeup look I just use liquid foundation, pressed powder, mascara and a nude lipstick. Only a few products and just focusing on covering my blemishes coz I usually run late! Hahaha

  • I'm really intrigued on how this is done. Thank you for sharing how.

  • Nice look sis, Ang fresh tingnan! Btw, I wanna try the Jazzy Eyebrow Mascara what shade yung sayo? :)

  • This is a really good tutorial ha! Nice work. :)

  • Do you already have a review on Jazzy Collection Eyebrow Mascara? If none, I look forward to read your thoughts about that. I've been meaning to try that out, just waiting for my murdered eyebrows to grow.. *bummer* >.<

  • You look super fresh! At di akalain na ganon pala karaming products nagamit mo! But, nice job. Well blended and looks very discreet :)

  • Students don't have time for that! Kidding! :) I love your liner. Not too overpowering but still emphasizing. :D You are sooo pretty. <3

    • Hahaha it will take you 20 minutes lang Sie for this! ;) Aw thank you so much! Ahh, I rarely line my eyes too thick most especially for everyday wear. BF even doesn't know I'm wearing eyeliner, hahaha he thought it's natural until I said it's eyeliner. LOL!

  • Very pretty and very natural. Thanks for posting this <3

  • Kahit isang mata lang magawa ko, masaya na ko. I'd definitely use your tutorial! Sana lang I can follow haha!

  • You contour your nose really well. It's there but it's not there.

  • Hi Gen, I love the Natural look, It's a perfect school makeup look. My everyday makeup look is much the same: Very important before applying makeup is a clean face, so a must is CLEANSE, TONE and MOISTURIZE then applying sunscreen and or BB Cream, For a more natural look, use a tinted moisturizer instead. Tinted moisturizers blend in while evening out your skin tone and commonly contain SPF and moisturizers. Those with clearer skin will look best with this. I use concealer on dark or red spots, Curl lashes and one coat of mascara is just fine, Apply bronzer then blush a little bit, and neutral lip color. I don't usually put eyeshadow or eyeliner when I am in a hurry so that's for my everyday to go makeup look. Stay Beautiful!

    • Hi Rochelle! Thanks for sharing your tips. I do that too whenever I'm on a hurry but I really allot time for my look unless I have to attend to an emergency :) Stay beautiful too! <3

  • Hihi.. I do this look most of the time! :D I don't prime my lids though and sometimes I skip putting eyeshadows on. Anyway, love your tutorial sis! Will be checking out your other makeup tutorial posts~

  • Love this tutorial . So easy to follow.perfect for everyday! I like how you put lipstick.so natural. And it looks good on you.. how i wish magkaron den ako ng e/s palette like yours. Hehehehe THANKS FOR THE TUTORIAL ♡♡♡

    • Thank you Aiko! :) For the lipstick, the actual product looks super red that's why I just dab it on my lips for natural red lips effect hehe. For the E/S Palette, the best one I can suggest is try nichido E/S super affordable and nice quality for a local brand :) You're very much welcome! :)

  • yay!thanks 4 the suggestion :)
